Where Is This Training Provided?


This experiential training can be provided at just about any location, even though it utilizes horses.

If you would like to bring your team to Red Willow Acres, we are easy to find. Just 1/4 mile south of the Hwy 412 and Hwy 10 in Kansas, Oklahoma. Red Willow Acres makes a great get-a-way from the stress of the work day setting.

Or, we could bring our horses to your location, even if it is somewhat limited. Time restraints on short training sessions are sometimes better dealt with by training on location.

Another option is to secure an appropriate site that will accommodate the training requested. Sometimes this is a good option due to time, space and weather concerns. Whatever the need, Red Willow Counseling and Consulting Services is ready to meet the needs of your training goals.

 

 

How Long Does The Training Take?


The time that is required for this training depends on the need of the organization. Whether it is for a couple of hours, half a day or several days, the training is structured to your specific needs and desires.

Along with the experiential, hands on training there is some classroom time as well. The classroom time includes review of video of the experiential traiing and the teaching of other tools that are used in the hands on portion of the training.

 

 

How Many Can Attend This Training?


Whether it is 2 or 20, this experiential training is adaptable to the specific goals of the attendees. The exercises, utilizing the horses, target individual strengths and work areas as well as those of the group. Individual sessions can be arranged as well.
